Want to know more about Cold Brew? ‘Cold Brew’ refers to the brewing process. Cold Brew is brewed using fresh ground coffee soaked in cool water for at least 12 hours and up to 24. Cold brew coffee doesn’t mean you have to drink it cold. It can be easily heated on the stove, in the microwave, or in an electric kettle and the heating does not affect the flavor or the benefits. Cold Brew Coffee is 67% less acidic than hot brewed coffee and is why there is no bitter taste to cover up with added sweeteners or creams, though when a little is added it’s one step closer to heaven!
