Description

Indulge in our handcrafted caramels, made with only the finest ingredients to create a truly exceptional treat. These caramels begin with Snowville Creamery’s cream from Pomeroy, Ohio. The cream is A2/A2, meaning it contains only the A2 type beta-casein protein, which studies suggest may be easier to digest than the A1 protein found in most commercial milk. Snowville’s grass-grazed cows are raised on non-GMO feed and are carefully tested to ensure they produce this naturally recognized A2 protein, offering a purer and gentler milk.
The Bourbon Caramel features Black Draft Bourbon, distilled in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Crafted with locally sourced, non-GMO grains and the artisanal waters of Berkeley Springs, this bourbon is aged in American oak barrels, bringing a rich, warm character to every caramel.
The Dark Chocolate and Spicy Dark Chocolate are made with organic chocolate. The Spicy Dark Chocolate Caramel has the addition of a hint of ghost pepper. And our Burnt Caramel is a traditional caramel sauce flavor, but don’t mistake that for ordinary!
For sweetness, we rely on Florida Crystals sugar, produced by family farmers who have perfected their craft for over 150 years. Grown and milled entirely on American soil, this non-GMO sugar is minimally processed and delivers an authentic flavor. With a unique 24-hour farm-to-mill guarantee, these unbleached sugar crystals add a satisfying crunch and depth to the caramels.
Finally, we use premium, unsalted butter to ensure the perfect balance of creaminess and smoothness. Every bite of these caramels embodies the care, quality, and rich tradition behind each ingredient, creating an indulgence you’ll savor.
Natural separation can occur in the Burnt & Bourbon, just give it a stir and you’re good to go!

Meet the Founder – Corey Beahm

Healing Harvest was born from both personal passion and professional purpose. As a lifelong West Virginian, community advocate, and trauma-informed educator, I’ve spent years working alongside families, frontline workers, and local leaders to build stronger, more resilient communities. I’ve seen firsthand how trauma, poverty, and lack of access to opportunity can hold people back—and how connection, knowledge, and dignity can help them rise.
Healing Harvest is my way of combining what I know with what I love. It’s where the power of Appalachian-grown foods, the strength of local partnerships, and a commitment to healing through economic and educational opportunity all come together. It’s not just about syrup, salt, or herbal goods—it’s about rebuilding pride, creating pathways, and honoring the land and people who make this region so rich with potential.
Every product we offer tells a story. It reflects our values, our roots, and our vision of a more well, more connected, more empowered West Virginia. Healing Harvest exists because I believe that healing is possible—one act of kindness, one shared meal, one jar at a time.
