Description

J.Q. Dickinson Heirloom Salt – Pure Appalachian Flavor
Hand-harvested from an ancient underground sea trapped beneath the Appalachian Mountains, J.Q. Dickinson Heirloom Salt is as rich in history as it is in flavor. Evaporated naturally using only the sun, wind, and time, this mineral-rich, microplastic-free salt delivers a clean, crisp finish that elevates every dish.
Passed down through seven generations of West Virginia salt makers, this heirloom salt is a tribute to tradition, sustainability, and the purity of nature. Use it as a finishing salt on meats, vegetables, baked goods, or even cocktails—a little goes a long way.
More than just seasoning, it’s a taste of Appalachian heritage in every pinch.

Meet the Founder – Corey Beahm

Healing Harvest was born from both personal passion and professional purpose. As a lifelong West Virginian, community advocate, and trauma-informed educator, I’ve spent years working alongside families, frontline workers, and local leaders to build stronger, more resilient communities. I’ve seen firsthand how trauma, poverty, and lack of access to opportunity can hold people back—and how connection, knowledge, and dignity can help them rise.
Healing Harvest is my way of combining what I know with what I love. It’s where the power of Appalachian-grown foods, the strength of local partnerships, and a commitment to healing through economic and educational opportunity all come together. It’s not just about syrup, salt, or herbal goods—it’s about rebuilding pride, creating pathways, and honoring the land and people who make this region so rich with potential.
Every product we offer tells a story. It reflects our values, our roots, and our vision of a more well, more connected, more empowered West Virginia. Healing Harvest exists because I believe that healing is possible—one act of kindness, one shared meal, one jar at a time.
