Kimchi is a traditional fermented vegetables in Korea! Taste really good and at the same time it’s nutritional. I am originally from the Philippines and I learned how to make Kimchi when I worked in Brunei Darussalam, year 2008. I started to make them again 3 years ago, and it takes a lot of TRY before I got the perfect taste!
