Filipino egg roll with veggie filling! Sold frozen.
Stove top instruction: Fry frozen lumpia in about 1 inch of vegetable oil (or other cooking oil) for about 5 minutes flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy. You can also deep fry it!
Oven instruction: Pre-heat oven to 415°F (213°C). Brush on olive oil (or other cooking oil), coating the frozen lumpia. Place lumpia on a baking pan or cookie sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until wrapper is golden brown and crispy.
Air Fryer: Brush/mist each roll with olive oil (or other cooking oil/spray). Place lumpia rolls in the basket. Fry for about 8 minutes flipping halfway until skins are crispy.
Optional: You can also dip the crunchy lumpia rolls in sweet chili sauce!
