THERE IS NO MARKET THIS WEEK ON THURSDAY. To ensure that your food is as fresh as possible, we are having our special Easter Market this week on Saturday, March 30th. More on that below. They’re only here for two weeks out of the year leading up to Easter, and the baker tells me she can’t bake them fast enough – folks just gobble them up! I noticed this week that Honey sales were up and I suspect why: 1) people drink more tea during the winter and often use honey as a sweetener. 2) Consuming local honey this time of year through the spring can reduce spring seasonal allergies.
