For most of us, we’re blessed to have a special father, grandfather, and/or father figure in our life. My dad turns 70 this year and his birthday IS on Father’s Day which is Sunday, June 16th this year. He’s also retiring from the IT career he’s faithful labored in for the last four decades, so there’s A LOT to celebrate for the Peiffers this summer! From Farmhouse Kitchen we’re rolling out Apple Butter – excellent on spread on Toast, in a sandwich, or stirred into yogurt, Ice Cream, or cottage cheese. It’s really worth a try!

- Summer Market Transition. Please note that the St. Isidore Market will now be held outside of St. James in the piazza for the summer. We’ll be more conspicuous than when in the library! In case of inclement weather we will set up inside of St. Michael Hall which is the building to the right of the front of St. James on the other side of the playground. We will inform you as best as we can if there’s a week we need to set up in St. Michael’s to keep everyone dry. If we need to chance last minute, someone will be in the piazza to direct you to the right place to go.
