I write to you from snowy Charleston. I am spending the day at the West Virginia State Capitol meeting with lawmakers to advocate for our hungry Appalachian families and WV farmers. It’s an honor to be a voice for local food in the Eastern Panhandle, and the short trip is a nice change of pace too.
