Bolivar Bread Bakery

Bolivar Bread Bakery came to be during March of 2020, the height of the COVID pandemic. What started as one person baking out of her home and selling loaves out of the trunk of her Subaru has transformed into a brick and mortar bakery that now sells a daily selection of breads and pastries in historic Harpers Ferry, WV, as well as 17 places around the eastern panhandle of West Virginia.

Come to the shop and see your bread being baked and shaped right in front of you by our talented bakers in an open kitchen- we’re using honest ingredients, handmade techniques and a focus on wholesome, long-fermented breads that are nutritious as well as delicious.
